Our most highly anticipated coffee each year, the Sidama Ardi has been a staple of our offering list since 2010. Sourced and curated by legendary coffee taster Samuel Demisse of Keffa Coffee, this lot is stunningly clean and juicy. Natural coffees often suffer from poor sorting or fermentation flaws, but the Ardi is a shining example of perfectly executed processing. Expect a confectionery sweetness, pomegranate acidity, thick body and layered complexity ranging from lemon zest to cream.
