We ship all coffees within 24 hours of roasting so that they arrive at your door at the peak of freshness. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed on these days before 7 a.m. (CST) will usually ship the same day. Orders placed later will be held until the next shipping day.
